You may have enjoyed the benefits of some products but never knew those that made them. You may have benefited from services that have helped fix problems relating to some products but never considered the need to know the manufacturer. I have found that it is true in many cases that many enjoy products and never get to know where they came from or who made them.
A man bought a car many years ago from a car dealer. He was excited to have it, but he never met the manufacturer. He got documents that provided information about the manufacturer stating that the new buyer should fill those forms and send them back to the manufacturer. He ignored the request, kept the documents, never sent it back as requested by the manufacturer. He said that he knows it is a good product, which fulfils the purpose for which he bought it and represented good value for money. I do not need any forms; I do not need the manufacturer—I know what to do.
The car developed some fault some years later, and he decided to go to his favourite mechanic for assistance. The mechanic contacted the manufacturer for guidance on the issue and how to get the spare parts to replace any faulty ones. The mechanic got what he wanted and solved the problem—the car was back on the road again. Do you know why he could fix the car? I wonder what you think. The mechanic was able to help because the manufacturer provided information and produced parts for the benefit of all. If the manufacturers did not make parts for their cars, his effort would have yielded no result.
The car owner went away excited because he got his car fixed by the mechanic—giving him praise for such great work. He did not realise that he could help him only because he contacted the manufacturer for parts and instructions. The car owner probably drove away confident that he does not need the manufacturer after all.
I wonder, are you like that man that ignores manuals, disregards information and request to connect to the manufacturer? Many people do not know the manufacturer of the products they use. The fact that the products work as they should without the visibility of those that made it may make them disregard or even claim ignorance of their existence. Moreover, they can access assistance because the manufacturers have provided guides, parts, and information to many others that could help fix the problems they have with their products.
There are so many choices when seeking assistance—they all seem to provide support. However, not all are approved or recommended by the manufacturer. They usually insist on taking their products to those that have gotten their approval. You may also have observed that some others may attempt to fix it, even though they are not recommended—the experiences are not usually the same as some have ended up with unpleasant surprises.
I remember another man that bought a car from a car dealer. He registered the car and used it as recommended, following all the guidelines. A few years afterwards, the manufacturer predicted a fault in the particular brand, which made them send letters to all those that bought that model. There was a recall because of a potential safety issue. He got the letter stating that they anticipate some faults in the model that could cause problems and would like him to return the car as soon as possible for a free check-up and fix. The manufacturer wrote him because he was registered and known to the source. They know the details of those that have registered as owners of their products.
Manufacturers do not only produce parts, guides and training, but they are also interested in a continuous relationship with those that use their products. They provide forms to register so they can connect with them. It helps to provide regular updates, which may include assistance whenever they foresee a problem.
Your computer has an operating system and some other software that run on it to perform different functions. They are products that get regular updates, patches and fixes when connected to the manufacturer. The products work because the manufacturers keep working to provide support to help the product perform its functions.
A medical doctor can attend to a patient because he has learnt about diseases from consistent evidence and can apply the knowledge. The reason he could prescribe medication is that scientists have proven through consistent trials that it can work. The pharmaceutical companies can produce it because there are raw materials in nature, proven to have the required ingredients.
The doctor cannot help if he does not know the diseases, or the medication is unknown or unavailable, or the raw material for production is not available in nature. His help will fail not because he is unqualified or does not want to assist—but because he depends on something else to make his assistance a success.
We are all products of The Creator. He provides all that we need through different sources and different people. He gives rain and sunshine to all regardless of their belief, nationality, age, or ethnicity. We can see his works in nature. He is the manufacturer that many have ignored—The God that many refuse to acknowledge. They never thought that the assistance they receive was from Him.
You are one of those products, and your creator would like to connect with you. If you can trace the source of the help you enjoy, you will discover that there is a great God behind it all. Many have not acknowledged it, and others have not connected, but that does not mean He does not exist. If you agree or disagree, that does not change anything. The manufacturers keep producing parts, offering training and support for their products even when those that use them fail to acknowledge it. Likewise, The God of all creation keeps providing help and support for all, including you.
I will encourage you to seek Him with all your heart. Find Him and connect to the source of all help.
